Case Study: 92NY and the Belfer Center

Impact highlights

Tripled the number of participants in 2023 alone with the intention of reaching 80,000 by 2027.
Led and executed a product marketing rebrand across all materials and websites for 50 organizers and over 75,000 viewers.
Collaborated with Marketing to secure several talks and press pieces for leadership as a leadgen strategy, including SOCAP Global, 2023; Points of Light, 2024; and USA TODAY, 2023.
Defined goals, OKRs, and KPIs for the team across marketing channels for new partnerships, customers, and press opportunities.

Over the course of a 1.5-year engagement with 92NY’s Belfer Center initiative, Share Our America, I worked in close weekly partnership with the team’s senior leaders as they shaped a new initiative in real time. In practice, the work often began with helping bring structure to conversations where the path forward was not yet clear—identifying what mattered most, defining the right next steps, and turning rough ideas into usable, presentable work.

From there, I supported execution across strategy, storytelling, staffing, communications, and board-ready materials—helping move the work from early concept to polished output. The value of the role was not simply in completing tasks, but in helping the team repeatedly move from uncertainty to action, then from action to credible external-facing materials and momentum.

A typical engagement usually looks like:
