Sometimes the need is not ongoing support—it is a reinvigoration. A sprint is designed for teams that need to solve a specific problem quickly, design the right tool or framework, or get a project into a stronger and more usable state.
I lead focused engagements for organizations that need a senior operator to step in, assess what is working and what is not, and deliver a concrete improvement over a short timeline. The work is scoped, fast-moving, and built around a clear outcome.
Best for
- Teams that need a reset, audit, or rebuild
- Projects with a defined short-term goal
- Organizations preparing for a launch or transition
- Leaders who need outside support to quickly improve an existing workflow, tool, or process
What I help with
- Audits and strategic assessment
- Workflow and tool redesign
- Launch planning and rollout support
- Content and communications structure
- Internal systems improvement
- Recommendations grounded in real usage and observation
What this unlocks
- Faster execution on time-sensitive projects
- Better workflows, tools, and team coordination
- Stronger launch readiness and clearer ownership
- Measurable output gains in a short period of time

Case Study: Hyundai Artlab
Impact highlights
- Perform a team-wide audit to understand pain points of design, program, and product launch pipeline
- Present, pitch, land, train, and implement a new team-wide CRM
- Provide as-needed content strategy, editorial leadership, and copy
- Trained and implemented CRM that doubled the content and product output in half the time in just one month
- Successfully launched new marketing initiatives on the site, including the Artlab Editorial Fellowship and Virtual Horizons
For Hyundai Artlab, I was brought in for a focused engagement to review how the team’s content and launch pipeline was functioning, identify bottlenecks, and improve the systems supporting the work. The project included auditing the existing workflow, reworking the underlying tool structure, launching a more usable system, and observing performance over time to understand what was actually improving.
Because the engagement was bounded and practical, the work was able to move quickly: assess the current state, redesign the process, implement the new setup, and measure whether it increased output and usability. The result was a more functional operating system for the team and a clearer path for executing content and related deliverables more efficiently.
A typical engagement usually looks like:
- Current-state audit
- Recommendations and prioritization
- Workflow or system redesign
- Implementation of key improvements
- Rollout support
- Observation period and light performance review final summary with next-step recommendations
An ideal client usually looks like:
- A team with a specific problem that needs to be solved quickly
- An organization preparing for a launch, reset, or workflow overhaul
- A leader who wants outside perspective plus hands-on implementation
- A project with a clear scope, short timeline, and desire for measurable improvement
